Do you offer rides in the winter?

Yes! At Willow & Water we offer trail rides all year long. Our only seasonal offerings are our Campfire and Picnic packages.

What happens if bad weather is EXPECTED during our ride?

If we receive any inclement weather we will reach out to you prior to your ride to inquire about rescheduling. We do continue rides in light rain or snow, but heavy rain or snow, thunder, lightning, etc. we will reschedule. Your deposit will be put towards your rescheduled ride.

What should we wear?

We require riders to wear closed toe shoes (something with a small heel is best). We recommend long pants as shorts or skirts can cause some rubbing. We ask that you do not wear dresses/skirts as this can make riding quite difficult.

Are the rides kid friendly?

All of our rides are beginner friendly but we do set a minimum age of 10 years old for rides. If your kids are under 10 we do offer half hour lead line rides for ages 4-10 years old.

How do we book?

All bookings can be done under our “Book a Venture” tab. Select the option you’d like to book, input the quantity of riders and then follow the prompts. If you have special requests send us a message over email, socials, or text to inquire.
